They alway deny claims and say that "maintenance" was the issue. I had not heat along with Carbon Monoxide issues. It took 2 days for someone to come out and look at my system only for the claim to be denied. This being winter and 20 degrees during the day-I expressed to them that "heat" was a required item at this time. Thank
goodness for electric heaters-I only cringe to see what my next bill will be.This company has horrendous
customer service an the supervisors/managers just try to pacify you without coming to any resolution.
I am going to cancel my policy before these
crooks get any more of my HARD EARNED money!! 1287acf
