During our time with Total Protect Home Warrantee company, based out of Florida, when we have filed a claim they have consistently fought us saying that our claim is not covered. After several calls and discussion with supervisors we finally were able to get our claim to be covered, the company can not get any service providers to come to our house to conduct repairs because providers have stated that they have done business with this company and have yet been paid and they will not do any repairs for them. I plan on finding a new company and would recommend others do the same before they get screwed. 1287a68
